Naomi Klein (a Canadian author and activist, who is known for her political analyses and criticism of corporate globalization) was with the protesters Thursday in support of their nonviolent movement.
She stated at Democracy Now that “They (the American people) are realizing the change is not coming in Washington because politicians are so controlled by corporate interest, and that the fundamental crisis in this country.”
