James Gilliland soon took the ball and ran with it by first commenting on Steve Bassett’s Disclosure Petition by stating “Maybe citizens do not trust the government, but here it is. They (the government) will become even more transparent if the 25 K signatures needed are achieved, let’s see what the government does next.” James went on to say that “We know other worldly life forms exist outside of the planet earth, so it is a lie for the government to continue stating that they see “no evidence of ET life forms.” After all , James lives on a ranch that is often visited by ET and ET craft, so it would hard from him to deny the existence,wouldn’t it?
