The Occupy Wall Street evacuation order was illegal and unconstitutional, which is probably the main reason why the Liberty Park owner (also the CEO of Brookfield Properties) backed down…for now. Also, the protesters spent all last night and early morning cleaning the park. They had some major marches planned for the entire day today and one of the biggest marches for tomorrow (Saturday).
