The aircraft was a 747 cargo plane operated by National Air Cargo. National flies out of several bases here in Afghanistan. It was carrying mostly rolling stock in the form of MRAPS. One of these very heavy vehicles broke loose during take off rolling towards the rear. This caused the CG of the aircraft catastrophically shift aftresulting in lose of this aircraft and crew. I work here in Afghanistan and have personal friends fire fighter like myself who were at this crash and assisted with the recovery. Mystery solved… May the crew rest in peace.
