The first order of business will be to affirm the Constitution as the foundation for our laws and political system. (Remember that it was the states that established the Constitution and the Federal Government not the other way around.)
Nobody from the Federal Government, all three branches, will be invited. In fact all Congressman, Judges and the President will be barred from attending.
This will be a time for the citizens to take back America.
We have to stop the Federal Government and reestablish the Constitution as the foundation for our legal system and political system. The States have the ultimate power, not the Federal Government.
We must talk about a solution.
Article. V.
The Congress, whenever two thirds of both Houses shall deem it necessary, shall propose Amendments to this Constitution, or, on the Application of the Legislatures of two thirds of the several States, shall call a Convention for proposing Amendments, which, in either Case, shall be valid to all Intents and Purposes, as Part of this Constitution, when ratified by the Legislatures of three fourths of the several States, or by Conventions in three fourths thereof, as the one or the other Mode of Ratification may be proposed by the Congress; Provided that no Amendment which may be made prior to the Year One thousand eight hundred and eight shall in any Manner affect the first and fourth Clauses in the Ninth Section of the first Article; and that no State, without its Consent, shall be deprived of its equal Suffrage in the Senate.
A line by line ratification or change of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.
(This is a starting point only.)
Proposed Amendments:
Amendment 100: Full and honest disclosure by Federal, State and Local Governments.
Amendment 101: Complete removal of all sitting Supreme Court Justices and al retired Supreme Court Justices.
Amendment 102: A balanced budget with at least a 3% reduction in the national debt and to establish a 3% reserve or contingency fund for emergencies.
Amendment 103: Abolish the income tax and replace it with a transaction tax. (Abolish the corporate tax or the capital gains tax.)
Amendment 104: Establish a Governors Commission to oversee/monitor National Security issues.
Amendment 105: Establish a fourth branch of government. The National Security Branch (NSB). (In simple terms this branch would be responsible for balancing the 1st and 4th Amendments with National Security and Terrorism.) (We all know the Federal Government monitors everything we do. Every text message, phone call, key stroke on a computer, internet search, etc. This information is stored indefinitely.)
Amendment 106: Move the following Department of Justice departments/agencies/bureaus/etc. to the Judiciary Branch. Examples are: Federal Public Defender, Bureau of Prisons, Pre-Trial Services, Sentencing Commission, etc. The Department of Justice should be responsible for (criminal, civil, civil rights, etc.) investigations and trials. The DOJ is a political organization.
Amendment 107: Term Limits.
Amendment 108: Abolish pensions for all Federal employees and establish a retirement program that is funded.
Amendment 109: All Federal Employees will be equal to all Americans when it comes to benefits. Medical, Pay, Retirement, etc. The President and Congress cannot have special plans. (Don’t serve your country if you can’t be one of us.)
