Cloud seeding on North Korea

What is chemical rain exactly?

Fact is, no one really knows. Weather Modification programs are denied by governments as being real. Geoengineering also happens to be an extremely controversial topic amongst conspiracy theorists as well as millions of bloggers. The internet is full of ‘end of the world scenarios’ due to chemtrails.  The  US Environmental Agencies have commented on Geoengineering in the past as  “ a  possible future experiment “, yet there is ample proof to  go around  that Geoengineering and other weather modification experiments are in full force and have been for decades.

Then why deny it?

Reason Number one: If you are a country spending billions of dollars on weather modification that can or already have catastrophically impacted the environment by either intense drought or intense floods, wouldn’t you be financially liable for the destruction? Geoengineering experiments have been known to go bad, but the agencies that control them have never uttered a word of accountability.

Reason Number Two: It’s toxic.

“The most commonly used  chemicals for cloud seeding are silver iodide, potassium iodide,  carbon dioxide/dry ice,  and liquid propane,  which expands into a gas. These chemicals are all toxic to the environment as well as humans.”

Reason Number 3: Billions of dollars are put into the programs, where is the money coming from? Is it in the US Budget? If so where?

Reason Number 4: Maybe it’s not about cleaning up pollution at all? Maybe it’s about WAR GAMES?

Operational Defenses through Weather Control in 2030  by Michael C. Boger, Major, United States Air Force
Declassified 2009

“The United States needs to incorporate the defense against directed energy weapons with the same
intensity used developing anti-ballistic missile defenses. One of the major drawbacks to optical or directed
energy systems is the inability to penetrate clouds or dense fog. Advances in technology are beginning to
bring weather phenomena under our control. Greatly increased computing power and micronized delivery
systems will allow us to create specific perturbations in local atmospheric conditions. These perturbations
allow for the immediate and lasting ability to create localized fog or stratus cloud formations shielding
critical assets against attack from energy based weapons. The future of nanotechnology will enable
creation of stratus cloud formations to defeat DEW and optically targeted attacks on United Sates assets.
The solution the weather control problem involves networked miniature balloons feeding and receiving
data from a four-dimensional variation (4d-Var) computer model through a sensor and actor network. A
network of diamond-walled balloons enters the area to be changed and then both measures and affects
localized temperature and vapor content. This system effectively shortens the control loop of an
atmospheric system to the point it can be managed. The capabilities in the diamond-walled balloons are
based on the future of nanotechnology.”

CIA Director John Brennan Exposes Geoengineering @ Council of Foreign Relations

While the US denies its own practice of geoengineering programs and climate modification, S. Korea and China have both publicly admitted to their weather modification practices. As a matter of fact, both countries have spent billions on the projects, and they don’t hide the fact either. They also are not afraid to say “It doesn’t work.”. So why put billions of dollars into a project that doesn’t work?

According to ANN (Asia News Network), in 2017 alone, South Korea purchased an experimental clouding seeding plane for a little more than 14 million dollars. They have conducted several experiments in the last few years but claim they have all been failures, yet the Korean Herald reported that successes. So which one is it?

“Sixteen of the 42 government experiments conducted between 2010 and 2017 on inducing rain or snow in inland areas were very successful. “

In 2011, China reported spending $150 million on artificial cloud seeding in one location, yet they still have one of the highest pollution levels in the world. That same report claimed that

“ The US, by comparison, spends around $15 million a year. It now creates 50 billion tonnes (55 billion tons) of artificial rain a year. That compares with an average of 36 billion tonnes a year (40 billion tons) from 1999 to 2006.”

In 2009, US News Agency  reported

US Government agencies and utilities throughout the United States spend an estimated $15 million a year on cloud seeding, and the number of projects has jumped by nearly a third in the last decade.

Is cloud seeding just another pollutant?

Studies have proven that the results and effectiveness of cloud seeding experiments reducing air pollution rarely work.  The side effects caused by weather modification programs are alarming.

Examples:

  • Rosalind Peterson who served as a crop loss adjuster for the USDA began studies in California on crops and calculated an alarming rate of crop reduction. Soil testing showed that extreme salts and other contaminants in the soil were responsible for the crop losses. In 2006, Ms. Peterson became an activist against geoengineering experiments and opened up a pubic dialogue claiming  chemical contaminants in the soil were coming from weather modification programs.
  • If you were a resident in California in the 1970’s -1980’s, you suffered from massive air pollution that seemingly was  being emitted from cars. By the late 1990’s, the pollution was night and day, as in barely visible. Where did it go? (If you remember this, please make a comment to this article, we would love to hear from you.)
  • By 2004, California was in extreme drought but it was attributed to cyclical weather patterns.
  • By 2018, California was suddenly inundated with fires, followed by catastrophic flooding, repeatedly until present.
  • Some residents of CA claim DEW weapons were responsible.

For the record, the USA government and the EPA denied that there were any programs on the books related to weather modification. Yes, they flat our denied it. Confused yet?

Cloud Seeding Programs! The List for North American Continent

South Korea isn’t the only country making chemical rain; over 40 countries experimenting with the weather, which has augmented the entire globe. If you want to know how weather modification programs are affecting your life, just look outside.

Now for my next magic trick. Nuclear War.

  1. Rosalind, I remember, in early 70’s Oceanside, CA 92054, that, the smog, was as bad, as central L.A.’s, which, was saying a lot for a coastal town.

    1. Thanks for writing in Daret. Unfortunately, Rosalind Peterson has passed away. But indeed, we hear a lot of stories about how bad the smog was in the 1970’s. Just out of curiosity, how is the smog now?
