Targeting clouds, with method to use the clouds to react with the surface.

Target clouds or altering the aerosol base to make it plasma-like or statically charged. "electron precipitation"

Once electron precipitation is achieved When the altered clouds are released of the static energy, the drops the heavier material falls down as it loses charge. This also causes the other toxic lighter materials move upward after release. Research suggest that these reactions could very well be controlled via pulse frequency. Most likely using a very complex computer program model.

NETL Sensor Research Featured in a New Book

A recently published book, Trends in Photonics, includes a chapter "Photonic-Bandgap-Fiber Sensors for Gas Detection," that was written by Michael Buric, Kevin Chen, Joel Falk, and Steven Woodruff of NETL. This chapter focuses on their early work studying the use of photonic bandgap optical fibers as gas sensors utilizing Raman spectroscopy. The chapter was written at the invitation of the editor, Prof. John Canning of the Interdisciplinary Photonics Laboratories, University of Sydney, who produced the book for Research Signpost, Kerala, India. The authors are research colleagues in a Regional University Alliance project that is developing a gas sensor for natural gas, syngas from coal gasification, and biogas from landfills and biodigestion. The sensor can monitor all species in these gases with a onesecond time response.

"The lightning rocket system of this invention comprises a rocket launcher that is in communication with a detection device that measures the presence of electrostatic and ionic change in close proximity to the rocket launcher that also fires the rocket launcher. This system is designed to control the time and the location of a lightning strike. The lightning rocket can be comprised of solid propellant that has cesium salts added which produces a conductive path when the exhaust gases are discharged from the rocket that is expelled to the static layer of a thundercloud. A conducting lightning rod which is grounded and positioned along side the launch tube for the solid propellant is in communication with the conductive path to thereby control the time and location of a lightning strike from the thundercloud. In a liquid expelled rocket a solution of calcium chloride is used to form a conductive path from a thundercloud. As the rocket flies to the thundercloud this liquid is expelled aft forming a column in the air of particles that are more electrically conductive than the surrounding air. In a similar fashion to the system employing a solid propellant as the conductive producer this conductive path conducts a lightning strike to ground to thereby control the time and location of a lightning strike from the thundercloud."

Laundry detergents and fabric softeners are composed of chemicals made from petroleum which causes significant damage to soil, contaminates drinking water and endangers local wildlife ecosystems. Did you know that 80% of energy used by the clothing industry is expended on laundering rather than clothing production?

How to make your own Laundry soup and cleaners: What better way to live a greener existence than in your own home?

While we all want to keep a green home without sacrificing cleanliness, the notoriously dangerous chemicals that are in the majority of household products are making our homes less then safe. Most homes in the United States create a buildup of 100 pounds of hazardous waste, which is caused by the toxic ingredients in cleaning products and other household necessities like batteries and house paint. The EPA estimates that the air inside of most American homes is 2 to 5 times more polluted than outside air. With this in mind, we here at HuffPost Green decided to investigate green, safe and easy make your own household products recipes.

Interested in making your own laundry detergent? Dish soap and furniture polish? Even silver cleaner? Flip through our slideshow of DIYGreen household product recipes and create your own. If you're lucky, you will find that you have most of the necessary ingredients at home already.

Make your own detergent and fabric softener

Traditional laundry detergents and fabric softeners contain chemicals derived from non-renewable petroleum that can contaminate drinking water supplies and endanger aquatic life when they leave your washing machine. Avoid the hazards of chemical-laden detergents by making your own at home with natural ingredients. (You might just save a few bucks too!)

Here is one example from this article on Fabric softener

* Add approximately 1/4 cup of baking soda to the wash cycle in place of chemical fabric softener.
* Alternatively, add 1/4 cup of white vinegar to the washing machine as a softener and to remove static cling, or soak a rag in vinegar and throw it in the dryer with your load to help reduce lint and static.

ENERGY AND WATER USES ::: SAVE

Laundry
Home laundering is a frequent necessity that consumes large amounts of water and energy. Eighty percent of the total energy expended on clothing in the US is attributed to laundering, rather than production or distribution.[1] The national laundry load amounts to 35 billion home laundering cycles per year, costing the average household about $150 annually.

Choose a front-loading ENERGY STAR washer
A washing machine with an ENERGY STAR label uses 18 to 25 gallons of water and 50 percent less energy per load than a standard machine. They also extract more water from laundry, thus requiring shorter drying times. Front-loading washing machines use 40 percent less water, 50 percent less energy, and significantly less detergent than traditional top-loading washing machines. Choosing a front-loading ENERGY STAR-certified washing machine can result in considerable resource savings, as well as substantial cost savings over the lifetime of your washer.

FACTS: Did you know that ???

Emissions

Did you know that washers and dryers emit climate-changing greenhouse gases. Since so much energy is required to heat washing machine water, you can cut your washing machine's CO2 emissions by 100 pounds simply by washing in cold water. Dryers, for their part, emit an average of 1,442 pounds of carbon dioxide annually: if each American home air-dried one load of laundry each year, the US would cut its CO2 emissions by 250,000 tons.

Detergents and fabric softeners

Did you know that fabric softeners and laundry detergents contain synthetic chemicals derived from petroleum, a non-sustainable resource whose extraction and production has caused major environmental damage to soil, surface and ground waters, and local ecosystems, and contributes to global warming. The ingredients in detergents and softeners vary in their toxicity levels and subsequent environmental impacts, but all are disposed of through normal home waste water channels. The US Geological Survey (USGS) found that 3,500 kilograms of one of these ingredients, linear alkylate sulfonate, enter the Mississippi River every day. As a result, the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has established the Industrial and Institutional Laundry Partnership to work with detergent manufacturers to create more health and environmentally conscious products. One detergent surfactant nonylphenol ethoxylates (NPEs), is toxic to aquatic plants and animals. Though this chemical is banned in certain parts of Europe, it can still be found in some detergents made in the US because of cost. Follo the money!

Related health issues

Did you know that laundry detergents may contain various ingredients and fragrances that can irritate the skin or respiratory system and exacerbate allergies. Certain fragrances are a health risk because they contain phthalates, which have been linked to cancer and reproductive system risks.

Some detergents may also include chlorine bleach. Bleach can form health-threatening toxic gases when combined with other household chemicals and is a highly caustic skin irritant.

Big looming questions: Shapeshifters ~ "skin mottling effect" Is there a correlation between what we are seeing on the skin on tv (that is NOT digitally manipulated) and morgellons?

Anonymous source:
Although neither my hubby nor I have outer signs of morgellons, some incidents happened about a year ago that caused me to investigate this. I came to the conclusion that we ALL carry some degree of morg inside of our bodies and that it has been delivered in many ways. Mold spores, fungus, gm foods, dirt, c-trails, drugs, insects, the list of delivery methods is endless. Gulf War in Middle East seems to be a direct source.
I've also collected samples that I've found on fabrics and various other places, samples both large and small, and made photos via a usb microscope. Much to my dismay, I've found morgellons absolutely everywhere.
Back to my point: Recently another FB friend sent me this video by email and I've watched MANY of this girl's documentations of her own decade-long battle with this disease. I began to study the FACES of people who display the symptoms and noticed a pattern exists on the utube videos of (so-called) shape-shifters on tv. The white matter in the faces of those visibly affected on their faces by morgellons looks similar to that of those videos taken from the tv and slowed down to show possible (reptilian?) morphing. An extreme example of this is the Jena Bush video where not only her face but her hair also looks more like a type of video moray pattern. A very similar, yet much more subtle pattern can be found on news casters' faces especially when they have lights shining on them while reporting in the dark. (There is one video in particular that shows a tv anchor man reporting in front of a school and he runs out of the camera view to the right, you may have seen this one too.) "Often times the patterns in clothing will interact with the [tv] camera's scanning pattern and generate new patterns or what is known as moray patterns. ..."

~~quoted from:

GMO testing
"Testing for bioengineered crops, also referred to as Genetically Modified Organisms (GMOs), has become a necessity in light of legislation imposed in member countries of the European Union, Japan, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand, and in an increasing number of other countries. They established labeling laws for approved bioengineered crops, while prohibiting the import of unapproved varieties. For approved varieties, commonly tolerance thresholds are established below which a product does not have to be labeled as containing or derived from GMOs."

F.D.A. Bribe Charges Filed " Federal bribery charges were filed in Baltimore yesterday against Charles Y. Chang, a former branch chief in the Food and Drug Administration.

Mr. Chang was accused of accepting a free trip to Hong Kong in 1987 and gifts of furniture from American Therapeutics Inc. a Bohemia, L.I., manufacturer of generic drugs. Government officials said Mr. Chang had pleaded guilty. No charges were filed against American Therapeutics. The company did not respond to requests for comment. "
