In China, some 560,000 manipulations of the weather have been conducted since 2002. So if you want to question the idea that chemtrails are being sprayed in our skies, just take a look at China, the leading manufacturer of artificial skies.
“Chinese authorities didn’t become such meteorological control freaks overnight. Chinese research into weather control dates back to 1958. Forty years later, the government-run Weather Modification Program launches thousands of specially designed rockets and artillery shells into the sky every year in an attempt to manipulate weather conditions.”
The Chinese Academy of Meteorological Sciences Weather Modification Department division the program employs and trains 32,000 to 35,000 people across China, some of them farmers, who are paid to handle anti-aircraft guns and rocket launchers These heavy-duty weapons launch pellets containing silver iodide into clouds. Silver iodide is thought to concentrate moisture and cause rain, a process known as cloud seeding. China has invested heavily in this technology, using more than 12,000 anti-aircraft guns and rocket launchers in addition to about 30 planes all in all.
China is without a doubt the king of architecture and geological engineering, who and has successfully left the rest of the world behind when it comes to controlling the weather. In a nutshell, Modifying weather involves seeding clouds with grains of dry ice (frozen carbon dioxide) or tiny particles of silver iodide to stimulate rainfall or dissipate the clouds. It is also used to help prevent or control forest fires and ease acute water shortages in some areas.
The Canadian Free Press reported that ”
The Beijing Weather Modification Office is just one part of the National Weather Modification Office that manipulates the weather across the whole of the country. China’s weather engineering program is the largest in the world—1,500 weather modification experts, in charge of thirty aircraft and their crews, as well as 40,000 part-time workers—farmers in the main—who are there to man the 7,000 anti-aircraft guns and 5,000 rocket launchers to shell the clouds.”
Weather modification is the act of intentionally manipulating or altering the weather. The most common form of weather manipulation is cloud seeding to increase rain or snow, usually for the purpose of increasing the local water supply.
Weather modification can also have the goal of preventing damaging weather, such as hail or hurricanes, for occurring; or of provoking damaging weather against an enemy rival. However, weather modification in warfare has been banned by the United Nations.”
In China, some 560,000 manipulations of the weather have been conducted since 2002 using aircraft, rockets and projectiles carrying dry ice or silver iodide particles to stimulate rainfall, resulting with release of 490 billion tons of rain and saving about $10.4 billion in economic losses, the China Meteorological Association has reported. ”
From the tabloid CHINA DAILY 8-31-12
“BEIJING – China said Thursday it will take more active steps to enhance weather modification, in a bid to better serve agricultural production and disaster relief work.
The country aims to build a relatively complete weather modification system by 2020 and make significant improvements in providing basic guarantees and security management, according to a plan published on the Chinese government’s website, see below.
By 2020, China plans to increase precipitation by 60 billion tonnes annually via cloud seeding, as well as extend the coverage of artificial hail suppression to more than 540,000 square kilometers from the current 470,000 square kilometers, it said.
The government also requires local authorities to ensure weather modification services on agricultural production, exploitation of cloud-water resources, emergency response and the safeguarding of major events.”
